Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any application to the court of common pleas under sections 2711.01 to 2711.15, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be made and heard in the manner provided by law for the making and hearing of motions, except as otherwise expressly provided in such sections.
