Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 221 - 119th General Assembly If a provision of this chapter, except sections 2712.53 to 2712.55 of the Revised Code, leaves the parties free to determine a certain issue, that freedom includes the right of the parties to authorize a third party, including an institution, to make that determination.
