Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 221 - 119th General Assembly (A) A party who knows that any provision of this chapter, or any requirement under the arbitration agreement, has not been complied with and who proceeds with the arbitration without stating his objection to the noncompliance without undue delay or, if a time limit is provided for stating that objection, within that period of time, shall be deemed to have waived his right to object.(B) As used in this section, 'any provision of this chapter' means any provision of this chapter in respect of which the parties otherwise may agree.
