Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 221 - 119th General Assembly (A) Failing any agreement referred to in section 2712.38 of the Revised Code, the arbitral tribunal may conduct the arbitration in the manner it considers appropriate, subject to the provisions of this chapter.(B) The power of the arbitral tribunal under this section includes the power to determine the admissibility, relevance, materiality, and weight of any evidence.
