Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 221 - 119th General Assembly (A) Within thirty days after receipt of the arbitral award, unless another period of time has been agreed upon by the parties, a party may request the arbitral tribunal to correct any computation, clerical, typographical, or other errors of a similar nature. If agreed by the parties, a party may request the tribunal to give an interpretation of a specific point or part of the award.(B) Within thirty days after the date of the arbitral award, the arbitral tribunal, on its own initiative, may correct any computation, clerical, typographical, or other errors of a similar nature.(C) Sections 2712.59 to 2712.61 of the Revised Code apply to a correction or interpretation of the arbitral award made pursuant to this section.(D) If the arbitral tribunal considers any request made under this section to be justified, it shall make the correction or give the interpretation within thirty days after receipt of the request, and the interpretation shall form part of the arbitral award.
