Effective: August 26, 1982 Latest Legislation: House Bill 254 - 114th General Assembly For the purpose of selling it, the court may order the levying officer to repossess himself of attached property which has passed out of his hands without having been sold or converted into money. Under such order, the officer shall have the same power to take the property as under an order of attachment.
