Effective: August 17, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 7 - 134th General Assembly Subject to sections 2717.07 and 2717.19 of the Revised Code, an application for a change of name shall set forth all of the following: (A) That the applicant has been a bona fide resident of the county for at least sixty days prior to the filing of the application.
