Effective: September 24, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 58 - 123rd General Assembly Courts of record may refuse to render or enter a declaratory judgment or decree under this chapter if the judgment or decree would not terminate the uncertainty or controversy giving rise to the action or proceeding in which the declaratory relief is sought.
