Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The return or statement referred to in section 2725.14 of the Revised Code shall be signed by the person who makes it, and shall be sworn to by him, unless he is a sworn public officer and makes the return in his official capacity.
