Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If judgment in an action in quo warranto is rendered in favor of the person averred to be entitled to an office, after taking the oath of office and executing any official bond required by law, he may take upon him the execution of the office. Immediately thereafter such person shall demand of the defendant all books and papers in his custody or within his power appertaining to the office from which the defendant has been ousted.
