Ask AI about this
Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon the appointment and qualification of trustees under section 2733.21 of the Revised Code, the supreme court, or the court of appeals in which the quo warranto proceedings have been instituted, may remand the proceedings to the court of common pleas of the county in which the corporation has or last had its principal place of business for further proceedings. When the proceedings are remanded, the court of common pleas has full jurisdiction, and the same power with reference thereto as the supreme court or court of appeals would have had if such proceedings had not been remanded. The jurisdiction of the supreme court or court of appeals over the proceedings ceases upon such remand.
