Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When, in an action in quo warranto, judgment of forfeiture and ouster is rendered against a corporation because of misconduct of the officers or directors thereof, within one year thereafter a person injured thereby, in an action against such officers or directors, may recover the damages he has sustained by reason of such misconduct.
