Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any person, firm, partnership, voluntary association, joint-stock association, or corporation, wherever organized or incorporated, engaged in the business of printing or publishing a newspaper, magazine, or other periodical sold or offered for sale in this state, is a newspaper company, and any such newspaper, magazine, or other periodical publication is a newspaper within the meaning of sections 2739.13 to 2739.18, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
