Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 2739.16 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars.(B) Whoever violates division (B) of section 2739.16 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.(C) Whoever violates section 2739.18 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.(D) Whoever violates division (F) of section 2739.03 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars.(E) Whoever violates division (G) of section 2739.03 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
