Effective: August 22, 2008 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 289 - 127th General Assembly If a person brings an action in the court of claims pursuant to section 5903.02 of the Revised Code or section 4323 of the 'Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994,' 108 Stat. 3149, 38 U.S.C. 4301, et seq., the clerk of the court of claims shall give the action priority on the court of claims' dockets.
