Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly (A) No person, with purpose to commit an offense, shall knowingly enter, force an entrance into, or tamper with any vault, safe, or strongbox.(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of safecracking, a felony of the fourth degree.
