Effective: October 29, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 121st General Assembly No person required to attend a parental education or training program pursuant to a policy adopted under division (A) or (B) of section 3313.663 of the Revised Code shall fail to attend the program. Whoever violates this section is guilty of parental education neglect, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
