Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 109th General Assembly The reasonable expenses of the officer acting as prosecutor, incurred inconsequence of a change of venue under section 2901.12 of the Revised Code, the fees of the clerk of the court to which the venue is changed, the sheriff or bailiff, and of the jury shall be allowed and paid out of the treasury of the county in which said cause originated.
