Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A person may be liable in a recognizance for a minor to appear as a witness, or the judge or magistrate may take the minor's recognizance, in a sufficient sum, which is valid notwithstanding the disability of minority.
