Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 2939.25 to 2939.28, inclusive, of the Revised Code shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose, to make the law of this state uniform with the law of other states which enact similar uniform legislation.
