Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the issue on the plea in bar under section 2943.06 of the Revised Code is found for the defendant he shall be discharged. If the issue is found against the defendant the case shall proceed and be disposed of upon his other pleas.
