Effective: October 16, 1980 Latest Legislation: House Bill 736 - 113th General Assembly In case of a breach of the condition of any recognizance given under section 2947.16 of the Revised Code, the same proceedings shall be had as are prescribed in relation to forfeiture of other recognizances.
