Effective: July 1, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 10 - 127th General Assembly By January 1, 2008, the department of rehabilitation and correction, the adult parole authority, and the department of youth services shall adopt rules to require parole officers to verify within three days of an offender's or delinquent child's release that the offender or delinquent child has registered as provided in divisions (A)(2) and (3) of section 2950.04 of the Revised Code or in divisions (A)(2) and (3) of section 2950.041 of the Revised Code, whichever is applicable.
