Effective: July 6, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 77 - 128th General Assembly In any court proceeding under sections 2953.71 to 2953.81 of the Revised Code, the Rules of Criminal Procedure apply, except to the extent that sections 2953.71 to 2953.81 of the Revised Code provide a different procedure or to the extent that the Rules would by their nature be clearly inapplicable.
