Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 124th General Assembly All moneys that are collected pursuant to section 2929.32 of the Revised Code and required to be deposited in the crime victims recovery fund shall be credited by the treasurer of state to the fund. Any interest earned on the money in the fund shall be credited to the fund.
