Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the land agreed on by the commissioners, appointed as provided by section 301.14 of the Revised Code, cannot be purchased at the price limited, or if a good title in fee simple cannot be obtained, the commissioners shall select the next most eligible place for the seat of justice.
