Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any commissioner, appointed as provided by section 301.14 of the Revised Code, who receives money or any property as a bribe, either directly or indirectly, in the execution of his office , shall forfeit and pay a sum not less than three hundred nor more than one thousand dollars, for the use of the county, with costs of suit.
