Effective: October 16, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 855 - 104th General Assembly The board of county commissioners shall determine its own rules and order of business and cause a journal of its proceedings to be kept. A majority of the members elected to the board shall constitute a quorum to do business. No action of the board shall be valid or binding unless adopted by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members elected to the board.
