Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly After receiving the certification of a zoning plan from the county rural zoning commission, and before adoption of any such zoning resolution, the board of county commissioners shall hold a public hearing on the resolution, at least thirty days' notice of the time and place of which shall be given by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.
