Effective: October 21, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly The board of county commissioners shall hold a public hearing on a county renewal project. Publication of the hearing shall be made on two successive days by the board at least fifteen days prior to the scheduled hearing date in a newspaper having general circulation in the county. The notice shall describe the time, date, place, and purpose of the hearing; shall generally identify the county renewal area covered by the county renewal plan; and shall outline the general scope of the county renewal project under consideration.
