Effective: October 21, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly Bonds issued under any of the provisions of sections 303.26 to 303.56, inclusive, of the Revised Code, are declared to be issued for an essential public and governmental purpose and, together with interest thereon and income therefrom, shall be exempted from all taxes.
