Effective: October 21, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly All property of a county, including funds owned or held by it for the purposes of sections 303.26 to 303.56, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution, and no execution or other judicial process shall issue against the same, nor shall judgment against a county be a charge or lien upon such property. The provisions of this section shall not apply to or limit the right of obligees to pursue any remedies for the enforcement of any pledge or lien given pursuant to sections 303.26 to 303.56, inclusive, of the Revised Code by a county on rents, fees, grants, or revenues from any county renewal project.
