Effective: November 1, 1965 Latest Legislation: House Bill 421 - 106th General Assembly Nothing in sections 306.30 to 306.47, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall limit the exercise of the power or authority granted to counties or municipal corporations by sections 307.20, 717.01, and 719.01 of the Revised Code.
