Effective: August 25, 1970 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 125 - 108th General Assembly Any municipal corporation, county, township, school district, or other political subdivision or taxing district, or commission, board, or authority of this state, may convey or lease to, or exchange with, any regional transit commission, or such commission may convey or lease to, or exchange with, any political subdivision, taxing district, or board, commission, or authority of this state or any other state having territory within the territorial boundaries of the regional transit commission, without competitive bidding and at mutually agreeable terms, any personal or real property, or any interest therein.
