Effective: August 25, 1970 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 125 - 108th General Assembly A certified copy of any agreement made pursuant to sections 306.80 to 306.90, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be filed with the recorder of each county of this state which is party to the agreement or in which any other public agency which is party to such agreement has located, and with the secretary of state of Ohio. Such agreement has the status of an interstate compact, but in any case or controversy involving performance or interpretation thereof or liability thereunder, the public agencies party thereto are the real parties in interest.
