Effective: August 25, 1970 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 125 - 108th General Assembly The powers and duties provided in any agreement made pursuant to sections 306.80 to 306.90, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall become effective only when such agreement has been approved by the legislatures of all states having territory within the territorial boundaries of the regional transit commission and has received the consent of the Congress of the United States.
