Effective: November 15, 1991 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 233 - 119th General Assembly The board of county commissioners may sell, lease, or transfer all or any part of the property and assets of a hospital or medical and health care facility or institution owned by the county to a medical school or college established and supported by this state, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed by the board of county commissioners and the board of trustees governing such medical school or college and subject to the approval of the Ohio board of regents.
