Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When it appears to the board of county commissioners that the boundary lines of the county are not sufficiently ascertained, the board shall issue its order to the county engineer, requiring him to ascertain and survey such lines.
