Effective: June 13, 1974 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 311 - 110th General Assembly Building regulations, as adopted, amended, or changed by the board of county commissioners, shall be made available to the public at the office of the board, and the section numbers and a notice of the availablity of such regulations shall be published in at least one newspaper of general county-wide circulation within ten days after their adoption, amendment, or change.
