Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of county commissioners may have any of the records or books in the office of the county auditor, county recorder, or county engineer, transcribed into other books by the officers having charge of such books.The records and books so made shall have the same force and be as valid in law as evidence as the records and books from which they were taken.
