Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly The board of county commissioners may purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire any automatic or electronic data processing or record-keeping equipment, software, or services that the board determines is necessary, or that the county automatic data processing board recommends, from funds budgeted and appropriated by the board of county commissioners for such purposes.
