Effective: October 2, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 307 - 104th General Assembly Bonds issued under sections 308.08 to 308.10, inclusive, of the Revised Code, their transfer, and the income therefrom, including any profit made on the sale thereof, shall at all times be free from taxation within the state.
