Effective: September 21, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 628 - 123rd General Assembly All officers and employees of a regional airport authority shall be considered as public employees within the meaning of section 145.01 of the Revised Code and a regional airport authority, its officers and employees shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 145. of the Revised Code.
