Effective: October 27, 1981 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 114 - 114th General Assembly The books required to be kept by sections 311.01 to 311.23 of the Revised Code, shall be open to the search and inspection of all persons. The sheriff shall furnish a certified copy of any entry in such books upon request and shall charge and collect a fee of twenty-five cents for each such certification or copy thereof.
