Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 311.01 to 311.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not interfere with the rights of any appointed and qualified administrator or executor, but moneys and effects taken by the coroner shall be delivered to such administrator or executor, whether before or after return thereof to the probate court.
