Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly After dilapidated maps, records of plats, and field notes or surveys have been transcribed and placed among the other records, as provided in section 315.35 of the Revised Code, copies thereof, certified by the county engineer, shall be received in evidence in the same manner, and shall have the same force and effect as is given to copies of other records of maps, records of plats, and field notes of surveys.
