Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The county recorder shall not record any lease, deed, or other conveyance of lots or lands belonging to any university keeping transfer books, unless such instrument is indorsed by the president or other proper officer of such university, showing that such instrument has been transferred on such books.
