Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A county treasurer who loans money belonging to the county, with or without interest, or uses such money for his own individual purpose, shall forfeit and pay, for each such offense, not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars, to be recovered in an action in the name of the state, for the use of the county.
