Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly Each probate judge, county auditor, county treasurer, clerk of the court of common pleas, sheriff, county engineer, and county recorder shall charge and collect the fees, costs, percentages, allowances, and compensation allowed by law, and shall give to the person making such payment an official receipt.
