Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No salaried county official, shall remit a fee or part thereof, or shall collect a fee other than that prescribed by law. The person furnishing the information upon which a conviction results shall receive one half of the fine collected.
